Today, our family has created from scratch, a model plant in the art of olive oil production. It features state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, the most modern of our times, producing only extra virgin olive oil, with emphasis on the quality and the naturalness of the product. We apply all the strict rules for the proper production of olive oil and we have acquired all the necessary certifications that make us stand out from the competition.
As a result of the need to complete all this effort that has started one century ago, we proceeded with the creation of a state-of-the-art olive oil bottling plant. In this facility we follow all the European directives, which impose strict storage, bottling and handling methods for the olive oil until the product reaches the consumer’s shelf. We also comply with all the strict standards of certifications concerning food safety management systems.
